Jeollanam-do will push for comprehensive measures for people's livelihood and economy by March next year to respond to emergency situations following the approval of the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
The measure plans to invest 118.5 billion won in 23 projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, small business owners, and the tourism industry, including support for local gift certificates and employment maintenance subsidies.
South Jeolla Province said it will focus its administrative power on restoring daily life and reducing economic shocks as soon as possible, saying that the overall economic slump, including weak consumer sentiment, continues due to growing political uncertainty.
