It has been confirmed that the request for attendance to President Yoon Suk Yeol, sent by the Joint Investigation Headquarters, which is joined by the police and high-ranking government officials' criminal investigation agencies, has not been delivered due to refusal to receive it.
According to the post office system, the request for attendance sent to the presidential office's general secretary's office has been returned as "undelivered" and the request for attendance sent to the presidential residence has been returned as "rejected".
However, it is not known who refused to receive the mail at the presidential residence, the government office added.
Accordingly, it is reported that the co-operation version is discussing whether to send a second attendance request.
Earlier on the 18th, the Government Complex of Gwacheon tried to deliver a request for attendance to President Yoon directly to the presidential office and the Hannam-dong residence.
