The Constitutional Court used three methods: human services to the presidential office, daily special transportation mail, and electronic document systems.

In all three methods, delivery has not been confirmed.

President Yoon must submit a response within seven days from the time he was served with the resolution.

As the delivery is delayed, the deadline is expected to be delayed.

If the relevant documents are not delivered to the end, the Constitutional Court will decide on an alternative after discussion with the court.
