Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice "Suspected Emergency martial law, Special Prosecutor should investigate"

A civic group argued that the special prosecutor should investigate the allegations surrounding the emergency martial law incident.

The Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice held a press conference today (18th) and claimed that the emergency martial law investigation agency is divided into police and prosecutors, so a comprehensive investigation is not conducted.

At the same time, he stressed that the special prosecution should thoroughly investigate all suspicions, including the background of the decree and inappropriate operational orders from military forces, and transparently disclose the investigation process.

The Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice also urged the Constitutional Court to quickly and strictly proceed with President Yoon's impeachment trial to resolve social confusion.
