The fire at Namwon chicken barns...50's farm owner 2nd degree burn

Yesterday (19th) at around 12:10 pm, a fire broke out at a chicken shed in Unbong-eup, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do, and was extinguished in an hour and a half.

The fire took a farm owner in his 50s to a hospital with second-degree burns to his limbs.

Police and fire authorities are investigating the exact extent of the damage and the cause of the fire, believing that many of the 50,000 chickens in captivity died.
