The group Stray Kids made history on the U.S. Billboard album chart.
According to Billboard on the 22nd (local time), Stray Kids' new album SKZHOP HIPTAPE "HOP" topped the main album chart "Billboard 200" on the 28th.
"Hap," released on the 13th, sold about 187,000 copies in the United States in the first week of its release.
Stray Kids reached the top of the chart for the sixth time.
After topping the chart for the first time with the 2022 mini-album "ODDINARY," it topped the chart one after another with "MAXIDENT," "Five Star (★★★★★, 5-STAR)," "Rock Star," and "ATE." Stray Kids is the first to top the chart for six consecutive years.
In addition, the record makes Stray Kids the most ranked group on the Billboard 200 chart in the 2000s. It is on par with BTS, Linkin Park and Dave Matthews Band.
Stray Kids will begin a large-scale stadium tour in all 20 Latin America, North America, and Europe from March next year through the world tour "dominATE."
