Chairman Woo said, "Acting Han should request the recommendation of candidates for the permanent special prosecution today."

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik called on Acting President Han Duck-soo to fulfill his duty to recommend candidates for the permanent special prosecution within today.

Chairman Woo issued a statement and said, "It is difficult to understand that the request for recommendation of candidates has been delayed even on the 10th day since the start of acting."

He then pointed out that noncompliance with legal obligations is not only illegal in itself, but also severely harms legal stability and predictability.

It also added that reducing political uncertainty is difficult to understand in that it is a key task for stabilizing state affairs and raising foreign credibility.
