Hong Kong's morning that Joo Yoon-bal captured on camera...Charity Photo Exhibition by Joo Yoon-fat
The Hong Kong South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported that Hong Kong's famous actor Zhou Lun-pa (Chu Yun-fat) held an exhibition with pictures of Hong Kong's morning.

Hong Kong Morning, a photography exhibition held by Hong Kong's leading shopping mall Harbor City, featured 30 photos taken by Zhou Lun-pa while walking through Hong Kong in the early morning.

Zhou Lunpa's exhibition, also known for its passion for photography, consisted of three themes: flower photography, Hong Kong street scenery, and a series of "selfies."

Zhou Lun-pa has been doing morning exercises in Central on the high street of Hong Kong since last year, and he woke up earlier than usual to prepare for a photo exhibition and went on an early morning urban exploration.

"Early Central feels completely different," he said. People from all walks of life go to work at this financial hub. I also have experience working (as a bellboy) in Central (before I became an actor), so I have a deep connection to this street."

Zhou Lunfa said he prefers to use only one old 120 film camera and two lenses for filming, adding, "The f2.8 lens is for people and the f3.5 lens is for landscapes."

When filming the work presented in this exhibition, he made the depth of the subject extremely shallow by using a lens with an aperture blade removed.

He explained that the subject was clearly captured and the background was filmed as if it were blurred, adding, "Central gives a somewhat surreal feeling."

Zhou Lunpa said he likes to film flowers because "flowers don't complain, and no matter how you photograph them, they are beautiful."

He deals interestingly with the distance between the subject and the artist through four series of "Selfies," which also filmed himself reflected in the windows of the street.

"Photography has become another important part of my life," he said, "I'm happy to be a photographer," after appearing in about 100 films for 50 years in his acting life.

Harbor City said the proceeds from the sale of the exhibition, which runs through Jan. 2 next year, will be deducted from some costs and donated in full to charities.

Zhou Lunpa, who announced his intention to donate 810 billion won in total assets in 2018, said at a press conference when he attended the Busan International Film Festival in May last year, "It doesn't matter if you don't bring anything when you come to this world anyway and don't take anything when you leave the world," and added, "Two bowls of rice a day is enough."
