The Constitutional Court, which examines the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol, has even dealt with the impeachment of Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, who served as acting president.
In addition, he will be in charge of the power dispute trial and provisional disposition case, which was caused by the people's power, and there are concerns that the "six-member system" of judges could be prolonged in this situation.

Prime Minister Han's case is the ninth impeachment trial this year, right?
[Reporter]
That's right.
On the 27th, the Constitutional Court received the impeachment motion of Acting President and Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, which was requested by the National Assembly.
This is the ninth impeachment case filed in the Constitutional Court this year.
Earlier, the People's Power filed a power dispute trial and an injunction for suspension of effect to the Constitutional Court shortly after the impeachment of Prime Minister Han was passed.
It is unconstitutional that Prime Minister Han did not apply 200 impeachment quorum equivalent to the president even though he also served as acting president, and the effect of the impeachment motion should be suspended.
As a result, the Constitutional Court will make the final decision on the quorum of the impeachment decision by the acting president.

The second preparatory date for the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol is also scheduled this week, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, the Constitutional Court will proceed with the second preparation date for the impeachment of President Yoon at 2 p.m. on this Friday, January 3rd.
At the first anniversary on the 27th, President Yoon delayed most of his responses due to lack of preparation.
On the 3rd of next month, I think I will give my opinion summarized at the judgment.
The Constitutional Court has been forced to deal with important cases at the same time, but it remains a stumbling block to making all decisions.
It is a "six-member system" in which three of the constitutional judges are vacant.
If the conflict between the ruling and opposition parties intensifies over the appointment of judges, controversy is expected to continue over the six-member system and the legitimacy of the conclusion.
