The court hearing is taking a long time, isn't it?

Yes, considering that the Joint Investigation Headquarters requested an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol, the court is conducting a review for nearly 30 hours.
It seems that the court is trying to make a careful judgment because it is a request for an arrest warrant for the first sitting president in constitutional history.
Earlier, President Yoon submitted a related opinion to the court, saying that he requested a warrant from an agency without investigation authority.
He also argued for an "illegal investigation," saying that it did not meet the requirements for arrest warrants under the Criminal Procedure Act.
President Yoon, who has stayed in his official residence for the past 15 days, is also expected to take a full-fledged response according to the court's decision.
Even if an arrest warrant is issued, the police and the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office are not expected to launch a forced investigation immediately.
This is because there are procedures to be prepared, such as cooperation with the Presidential Security Service.
Of course, if the warrant is prevented from being executed, it can be arrested on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, but the government should not create conflicts as much as possible.
Overnight, conservative groups opposed to the impeachment and investigation of President Yoon held a rally in front of the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
We will have to wait and see what the court will deliver.
