Six out of 10 people who received general health checkups last year had diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes or were suspected.
The National Health Insurance Corporation said 32.2% of the 17.4 million people who underwent general health checkups last year were suspected of having a disease, and 27.6% were found to be in remission.
The percentage of normal tests was 40.2%, down 0.4% from 2022.
In the case of national cancer screening, 60% of the subjects were examined, and 32,000 of them were diagnosed with cancer.
