South Korea-U.S. joint investigation team conducted field investigation for the second dayU.S. Boeing Joins Two More Companies

The South Korea-U.S. joint investigation team, which is investigating the cause of the Jeju Air plane disaster, has been conducting an on-site inspection for two days.

It was also confirmed that two more Boeing officials from the United States joined last night to investigate the accident.

After the meeting this morning, an investigation team official said they are currently moving to the accident site to examine the debris of the gas, and today they will focus on the engine part that is believed to have stopped operating at the time of the accident.

It also added that if necessary, officials from the engine manufacturer plan to request additional investigation teams to join.
