[Reporter]
Yes, an unidentified person faxed me that they installed explosives at the People's Power headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul.
The faxes were received twice late last night.
It was found that the People's Power reported this to the police this morning.
Accordingly, the police conducted a large-scale search at the People's Power Headquarters from 11:50 a.m.
Police commandos were dispatched to the scene along with the fire authorities.
Police commandos patrolled the gates, stairs, and elevators of the building of the People's Power Party along with explosive detection dogs.
The search lasted about an hour, but it was found that no explosives were identified.
Police plan to track down the person who sent the fax regardless of whether the explosives were installed.
Meanwhile, a report was received that the floor leader Kwon Sung-dong of the People's Power had also installed explosives in the Gangwon-do regional office.
Police commandos conducted a search, but no explosives were found.
