The two judges, who began their terms yesterday (1st), will serve for six years until December 31, 2030.

The Constitutional Court has been hearing cases under a "six-member system" in which one-third of the nine justices are vacant,

The controversy over the referee quorum has also been resolved by filling seven psychological quorum with the 'eight-person system' in about two months.

Yes, Shin Jae-hyun, a public information officer at the Constitutional Court, said at a regular briefing this afternoon that he handed over the case of confirming the unconstitutionality of the appointment of constitutional judges to the court on the 31st.

At the same time, he explained that he will review the matter quickly considering the nature of the matter.
When asked about his position on the fact that one seat is still vacant due to the suspension of the appointment of candidate Ma Eun-hyuk,

Earlier, at the first preparatory date held on the 27th of last month, five reasons for impeachment included in the impeachment motion were summarized into four categories:
