FBI weighs sole crime in New Orleans car crash attack
The truck crash attack in central New Orleans on New Year's Day is likely to be the sole crime.

"Preliminary investigations suggest the culprit may have committed the crime alone," FBI Deputy Director Christopher Raia told a briefing.

In connection with the explosion of a Tesla Cybertruck in Las Vegas hours after the New Orleans truck attack, the FBI says it has found no evidence to link the two incidents.

The two incidents occurred on the same day through a car borrowed from the same app, and the New Orleans terrorist was a former U.S. veteran, and the person in the Las Vegas explosion vehicle was an active-duty soldier.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that the suspect of the New Orleans truck attack posted a video on social media hours before the crime that he was inspired by ISIS, the Islamic State group defined as a terrorist group.
