Kwon Young-se, Jimmy Carter, Former U.S. President Dies "sent as Leader of the ruling party"

People's Power Kwon Young-se, chairman of the emergency committee, sent a letter of condolence to the death of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter.

In his letter to his son, James Earl Carter III, Kwon said he would like to express his condolences and condolences to you and the American people on behalf of the people's power.

He added that he conveyed that he and the members of the ruling party of the Republic of Korea, which puts the Korea-U.S. alliance first, are with each other.
