Yoon Sang-hyun, a member of the People's Power, said that President Yoon Suk Yeol has shown his view that the Korean judicial system is collapsing in the attempt to execute arrest warrants by the High-ranking Civil Servant Crime Agency.
Yoon told reporters at the National Assembly that the president considers the collapse of the judicial system a very serious crisis due to a series of processes, including a warrant request from the Airborne Division.
He also said he, President Yoon and his lawyers consider the arrest warrant request of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which does not have the right to investigate the rebellion, to be invalid and that refusing the warrant is to protect the Constitution and the rule of law.
Representative Yoon was with President Yoon at the presidential residence in Hannam-dong yesterday (3rd) when the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit attempted to execute the arrest warrant for President Yoon.
