The U.S. presidential election ended with Trump's victory, but the confrontation between Trump and Biden continues.
Biden is engaged in a war of nerves by issuing various administrative orders in advance against Trump, who is trying to reverse the current administration's policies.

Trump has pledged to increase oil and gas drilling once he takes office.
[Donald Trump / U.S. President-elect] We're going to drill for oil and gas. So, we will lower energy prices by 50% within a year from January 20th.]
He also declared that he would reverse President Biden's eco-friendly policies, such as the IRA, or Inflation Reduction Act, which grants subsidies for buying electric vehicles.
In response, Biden plans to ban new oil and gas drilling off the coast of the United States before leaving office.
The U.S. president has only the power to designate a ban on drilling, and he does not have the power to withdraw, making it difficult for his successor to reverse it.
Earlier in his first term in office, Trump issued an executive order overturning the Obama administration's ban on coastal drilling, but the court ruled it illegal.
Biden also added military aid to Ukraine, which Trump has indicated is suspending, and is on a last-ditch boost before leaving office.
Trump also criticized Biden for taking an early date to mourn the death of the late former President Jimmy Carter to the White House and others at the inauguration ceremony on the 20th.
Biden continues his war of nerves, pointing out that Trump should learn decency from Carter.
[Joe Biden / U.S. President: Former President Jimmy Carter was an example of decency. I think dignity is what the world expects of the United States.
The confrontation between the two has been leading to extra time since the presidential election as Biden has been "nailing" against Trump, who is trying to overturn the current administration's policies.
