In the season opener of the U.S. PGA Tour, Lim Sung-jae is competing for the championship.
In the third day of the PGA opener "The Sentry," which continued on Maui Island, Hawaii, Lim Sung-jae cut 11 shots with nine birdies and an eagle, raising his interim total to fourth place.
It's a six-shot difference from Hideki Matsuyama, who is the lone lead at 27 under par, and Lim Sung-jae is trying to win the upset on the last day.
Lim Sung-jae, who has won two PGA titles, is aiming to win for the first time in three years and three months since October 2021.
