As snow grows stronger, heavy snow warnings are in place throughout Seoul.

In addition, heavy snow warnings are gradually expanding in Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, and Gangwon-do.

Heavy snow of up to 10cm will fall today, mainly in the central region.

It kept snowing on the streets of Hongik University where I came out, and it turned white.

As the fallen snow freezes, citizens are also moving carefully, and vehicles passing through the road are also slowing down.

As there are many places that make up the ice, please pay special attention to traffic safety such as sliding accidents.

With a lot of snow falling overnight, 11cm of snow is currently accumulated in Yangdo-myeon, Ganghwa, Incheon, 10.7cm in Jeokseong-myeon, Paju, and more than 5cm in Songwol-dong, Seoul.

If you look at the radar screen, the snow clouds are moving southeast, affecting the central interior.

In the future, snow clouds will expand inland in the morning.

As it gets stronger little by little, some Gyeonggi and Gangwon areas will see 1 to 3 cm of humid and heavy snow accumulate.

In the afternoon, there will be light rain or snow as it expands to the southern part of the country.

Snow will begin to stop in the Seoul metropolitan area later this afternoon or in the evening, and it will mostly die down overnight.

Snowfall will accumulate up to 10cm in northern Gyeonggi Province and Yeongseo, and up to 8cm in Seoul, North Chungcheong Province, and North Gyeongsang Province.

The cold is slowing down for a while today, the cold season entering the coldest time of the year.

Daytime temperatures in Seoul will be 5 degrees, Gwangju 8 degrees, and Busan 11 degrees, similar to yesterday or slightly higher.

There will be no severe cold like a cold wave until the day after tomorrow, which is Tuesday.

However, it will start to get cold rapidly from daytime on Wednesday, and on Thursday, the morning temperature in Seoul will drop to minus 11 degrees Celsius.
