How is the weather in Seoul on the way to work?
[Caster]
Yes, the rain and snow are lulling in Seoul on the way to work on Monday morning.
The temperature is 2.2 degrees Celsius, far above the average level.
The wind is not strong, so it's not too cold.
[Anchor]
However, other areas need to be careful about snow rain and thick fog?
[Caster]
Yes, but there's still snow in the rest of the country,
In the south of Chungcheong, there are many places with dense fog with a visibility of less than 200m.
If you use your own car on your way to work, you'd better drive slower than usual.
Currently, heavy snow warnings have been issued in Gangwon, Gapyeong, Gyeonggi, and Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, and strong snow is concentrated in these areas of about 1 to 3 centimeters per hour.
In the future, up to 5cm more snow will fall in eastern Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province.
Snow will continue until the morning in the Seoul metropolitan area and the rest of the inland until the afternoon, and then gradually stop.
Ultra fine dust is also a problem.
Currently, air quality in Jeonbuk and Jeju is at a 'bad' level.
Due to the influence of fine dust abroad, the air across the country will gradually become cloudy.
In particular, there are places that rise to the level of 'very bad' in the morning, especially in the western part of the country, so you should be careful.
Let's take a closer look at the current temperature by region.
Currently, the temperature in Seoul is 2.2 degrees Celsius and 5.9 degrees Celsius in Busan, so there is no big cold.
The midday temperature will be similar to yesterday or a little higher.
4 degrees in Seoul, 7 degrees in Gwangju, and 8 degrees in Daegu are expected.
From tomorrow, the temperature will drop sharply again,
Heavy snow will fall mainly in Chungnam, Honam, and Jeju Island in the cold
.
In particular, Seoul's morning temperature will plunge to minus 12 degrees Celsius on Thursday, with the strongest cold wave expected this winter.
Today, the 'Dry Special Report' will continue around the East Coast.
As the wind blows strongly across the country, you should be more careful of the fire than ever.
