[Busan] Busan City Hall's 'Culture Bulletin' Contest for Spring Good Writing

The Busan Metropolitan Government will recruit a new text to post on the "Busan Culture Bulletin" on the exterior wall of the government building, where citizens post their suggestions whenever the season changes from 2010.

Anyone can participate in the contest, and the text can be made in Korean under 25 characters or extracted from literary works.
