After the emergency martial law incident broke out, the high-ranking government official's crime investigation office demanded the prosecution and police transfer the case, saying there was a controversy over fairness.

Some concerns about the investigative capacity continued, but he repeatedly expressed confidence.

In the end, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit took over all the presidential cases from the prosecution and the police.

He then issued three summonses, obtained a presidential arrest warrant, and showed results, but failed to cross the most important gateway, the wall of "securing new diseases."

In five and a half hours, he abandoned the execution of the warrant, saying he was concerned about safety.

The police, who set up a joint investigation headquarters together and participated in the arrest process, immediately protested.

There was enough opportunity to arrest the president by overpowering him before the security service personnel gathered, but there were even claims that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit dragged its feet.

There were also disagreements with the police at the scene that the head of the security agency should be arrested to prevent the execution of the arrest warrant.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit delayed the re-execution until the last day of the statute of limitations, and even reversed it with a handshake of "execution."

It seems difficult to avoid criticism that he wasted "golden time" because he was only in a hurry to take over the case to show his presence, but did not have important investigative power.
