The People's Power Party leadership and senior lawmakers visited the National Assembly Speaker's Office to protest the "excluding the crime of insurrection" of President Yoon's impeachment.

Excluding the "crime of rebellion," which is a key reason for impeachment, the National Assembly's impeachment prosecution violates the lawmakers' right to vote, and a re-decision on the impeachment bill is needed.

Representative Lee's "trick" to reduce judicial risk, and even pro-impeachment lawmakers in the ruling party protested, saying it is absurd to include and exclude the reason for impeachment to suit the taste of the Democratic Party.
