Today (7th), the National Assembly's special committee on parliamentary investigation to find out the truth about the Yoon Suk Yeol government's alleged rebellion is expected to have a battle between the ruling and opposition parties over whether President Yoon Suk Yeol will adopt witnesses.
The special committee will hold a general meeting and vote on the committee's operation schedule, institutional reporting, witness and reference attendance, document submission, hearings, and on-site investigations.
The People's Power insists that Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, should be adopted as a witness instead of Yoon, while the opposition party is confronting that it will single-handedly adopt Yoon as a witness.
