The Korean Bar Association has initiated an objection process over disciplinary action against the "artificial intelligence-based legal service" of the law firm, Continental.
The state of China said today (7th) that it has filed an objection with the Ministry of Justice over the disciplinary action of the Korean Bar Association.
Continental states refuted the reason for disciplinary action, saying it is structurally impossible to take on specific cases through the service.
Earlier in November last year, the Korean Bar Association decided to discipline five lawyers representing the continental state and the law firm and one lawyer belonging to them.
