Among the six trainees who were undergoing military training and "pulling up," a trainee Park was taken to the hospital after collapsing from exhaustion, but died.

The cause of death is multiple organ failure caused by heat stroke.

As a result of checking, the problem was training that violated the regulations.

The commanders, the company commander and the lieutenant commander, filled the military with dozens of books for trainees who had not received their supplies.

We also held first-come, first-served runs and push-ups that should not be done in the sun.

There are two charges that the prosecution applied to the commanders who were arrested and put on trial.

The prosecution saw it as deliberate abuse when considering the weather conditions, training methods, and physical conditions of the victim at the time.

On the other hand, the company commander acknowledged that it was against the regulations, but refuted that he had no intention of mentally or physically abusing the trainees.

In response, the first trial court found all charges guilty.

However, considering that the incident occurred during military training, he was sentenced to five years in prison for Captain Kang, a company commander, and three years in prison for a lieutenant, a lieutenant, a lieutenant, and only half of the sentence requested by the prosecution.
