Hyundai Motor has started selling cars at Amazon, the largest Internet shopping mall in the U.S.
Hyundai Motor's U.S. sales arm said in a news release that it will begin selling cars through Amazon, making it the first and only brand available to buy from Amazon Auto.
The company explained that consumers across the U.S. can pick up a vehicle from Amazon Autos, easily receive financial services, make payments, and pick it up at Hyundai Motor dealer stores wherever they want.
Hyundai Motor emphasized that the purchase process provides transparent and comprehensive prices, so there is no need for car price bargaining, which is common in the United States.
Hyundai, which entered into a strategic partnership with Amazon at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2023, has built a system that will allow it to sell cars at the Autos Corner within Amazon after more than a year of preparation.
