One person was killed in Doraville, one of the leading Korean towns in Atlanta, USA, amid the Honduran government's opposition to Trump's policy of deporting illegal immigrants.
On the afternoon of the 6th, Eastern Time, a gunman opened fire near the Honduran Consulate in Doraville, outside Atlanta, Georgia, and attempted to enter the building.
A Mexican national security guard who tried to subdue the gunman with pepper spray while unarmed was killed, one injured, and the shooter was arrested at the scene.
Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it "remains in touch with the bereaved and provides the necessary consular assistance" and urged U.S. investigators to investigate closely and thoroughly.
