The power of the people asked Acting President Choi Sang-mok to exercise the right to appoint vacant ministers.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong said in his opening remarks at the high-level party council for emergency economic stability that the current head of security, the defense minister, and the public administration and security minister, are empty.
