As the arrest warrant for Yoon Suk Yeol's president has been issued again, police are reportedly considering a detailed arrest plan.

Following Park Jong-joon, the head of the bodyguard, who is suspected of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, Kim Sung-hoon, the deputy head of the bodyguard, was also confirmed not to have responded to the police's second request for attendance.

Attempting to execute arrest warrants for President Yoon, do you see any sign?

[Reporter]
No specific schedule or details have been confirmed yet.

However, as the Seoul Western District Court issued a warrant for the arrest of President Yoon Suk Yeol again yesterday, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is expected to launch a second round of execution with the police soon.

Since the execution failed due to strong resistance from the security service during the first execution on the 3rd, we have no choice but to approach it more carefully this time.

As the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit admitted earlier that there is a limit to the mobilization of physical force due to lack of manpower, the police are expected to lead the establishment of the second detailed execution plan for the arrest warrant.

We are also interested in how the security service will cope with this, as it tightens its guard by blocking the entrance with several buses and installing circular barbed wire around the official residence.

The police warned that they would consider arresting a security officer if the security agency again stepped up to block the execution of the warrant.

It also indicated the possibility of mobilizing stronger physical force by deploying criminal mobilization teams and commandos.

As it shows its willingness to execute the arrest warrant, there is a high possibility that a large amount of manpower will be deployed in the second execution.

Major executives, including the security chief, who were booked on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, are not responding to the summons one after another, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, the police notified the third and second summonses of Park Jong-joon and Kim Sung-hoon, the deputy head of the bodyguard, respectively, who had previously refused to comply with the summons.

They have been booked on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs by obstructing the execution of Yoon Suk Yeol's arrest warrant.

Director Park expressed his refusal, saying that it is difficult to attend because no lawyer has been appointed in the previous summons request.

It has been confirmed that Deputy Chief Kim, who was notified to attend by 10 a.m. today, has not yet attended the police.

The security service emphasizes the position that the official residence cannot be vacated because it is a serious situation. There is also a possibility that neither Director

nor Deputy Director Kim will respond to the third request for attendance, and the police are likely to apply for an arrest warrant.
