Gangwon Police Officers Caught Drunk Accidents and Drunk Driving One After Another

Police officers in Gangwon Province have been caught in drunk driving accidents or drunk crackdowns.

At around 9:25 p.m. yesterday (7th), Sergeant A from the Gangwon Police Agency caused a traffic accident while driving under the influence of alcohol on a road in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.

The police, who were dispatched to the report of the driver of the affected vehicle, measured the blood alcohol level and confirmed that it was at the level of suspension of the license, and the police removed Sergeant A from his position.

Earlier on the 5th, in Sokcho, Gangwon-do, a police officer B, who is about to be officially appointed, was caught in a crackdown while driving under the influence of alcohol while at the level of revocation of his license for blood alcohol concentration.

The police plan to discipline them based on the results of the investigation.
