[Chungnam] Kim Tae-heum "With Chungnam, a high-tech industrial center"...an investment proposal in the United States

Chungcheongnam-do Governor Kim Tae-heum introduced the current status and development direction of Chungnam's high-tech industry in Las Vegas, the U.S., where the world's largest consumer electronics information technology exhibition and CES will be held, and proposed investments to major businessmen around the world.

Governor Kim attended the world famous brand award ceremony and said Chungcheongnam-do is an export-driven region and high-tech industrial center where manufacturing companies in various fields such as semiconductors and consumer goods are concentrated, ranking first in the trade balance among local governments and recording more than $100 billion in exports.

He added that he hopes to create a world-class economic zone in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, in cooperation with Gyeonggi Province to bring companies together in a space of innovation like Silicon Valley in the U.S., adding that he hopes to create high returns through low-cost investments and go on a path to success together.
