[Seoul] Seoul newlyweds' 3rd competition ratio of 38.2 to 1 for 'My House in advance'

The average competition rate of the 3rd "My House in advance" for newlyweds provided by the Seoul Housing and Urban Innovation Corporation was 38.2 to 1.

SH Corporation plans to announce the candidates for document screening on the 31st and further examine whether they meet the criteria such as occupancy qualifications, income, assets, and homelessness, and announce the winners on April 25.

President of SH Corporation Hwang Sang-ha said, "As a number of new redevelopment and reconstruction complexes are scheduled to be supplied this year, we look forward to the steady interest and application of newlyweds and prospective couples who are about to get married."
