[Gyeonggi] Support for 'return guarantee' for tenants without homes

Gyeonggi-do Province will provide lease deposit return guarantee fees for tenants without homes.

Among the tenants who subscribe to the guarantee product, the province provides 90% of the guarantee fee for young people and newlyweds between the ages of 19 and 39 and up to 300,000 won for non-young people.

Among tenants with less than 300 million won in rental deposits, young people with less than 50 million won in annual income, 60 million won for young people other than young people, and 75 million won for newlyweds.

The lease deposit return guarantee is a product guaranteed by the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and Seoul Guarantee Insurance so that the deposit can be returned to the landlord at the end of the lease contract.
