Arrest warrants have been dismissed for key executives, including Koo Young-bae, head of Quten Group, in connection with the so-called untidiness of Timon and Wemakeff.

Earlier, representative Koo denied most of the charges, saying he knew the situation only after the undecided situation occurred, but the court also saw the need to guarantee defense rights.

Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten Group, who came to the court for a warrant review, bowed his head, saying he apologized to the victims.

However, when asked if he was aware of the possibility of an unpaid settlement, he denied the allegation, saying he learned belatedly.

[Koo Young-bae / CEO of Q10 Group: (Do you admit that you stole 1.5 trillion won in settlement?) No.]

Ryu Hwa-hyun, CEO of Wemakep, also said he feels responsible for the unpaid settlement, but he will explain to the court that he has been trying to save the company.

[Ryu Hwa-hyun / CEO of WeMakePrice: We came back because we wanted to make a good company. Sacrificing his salary compared to the existing company.]
In the case of Timon CEO Ryu Kwang-jin
, it was reported that the headquarters of Q10 arbitrarily drew and spent Timon's funds at the decision of the representative Koo, and he claimed that he had nothing to be involved in.

After more than 12 hours of examination, the court dismissed the arrest warrant for all management, including CEO Koo.

The court first saw room for Gu to contend with criminal charges in the acquisition of Timon and Wemakeff, as well as the motive for QExpress's Nasdaq listing.

In addition, considering the careers of management, it is difficult to conclude that there is a risk of disappearing evidence beyond the scope of running away or exercising defense rights.

They are accused of stealing 1.595 trillion won in sales by continuing their sales operation even though they knew they had no payment to settle.

On top of that, he is accused of causing nearly 70 billion won in damages to Timon and Wemakeff by supplying all the work to affiliates, and siphoning off 67 billion won in company funds to take over the company.

Earlier, the prosecution reportedly emphasized that the victims, who are small sellers, suffered considerable property damage.

It is also said to have emphasized the need for arrest based on the fact that management can deny the allegations by putting the blame on each other and eliminate evidence.

However, as the prosecution is unable to secure their whereabouts, the so-called "Timev Unsettled Case" investigation is expected to be disrupted.
