Dozens of people were killed while drinking toxic ointment in India.
At least 25 people were killed in eastern India's Bihar province on Thursday after drinking a poison-filled ointment, Reuters reported.
Local police also said they had arrested 22 people for secretly selling alcohol in Bihar, where both alcohol sales and consumption have been banned since 2016.
In India, people who can't afford alcohol drink alcohol and die after drinking alcohol containing toxic substances such as industrial methanol.
