The first case of a spreading variant of M.Fox infection in Africa has occurred in Germany.

German disease control authorities said a sub-system 1b virus was detected in an M.Fox patient confirmed on the 18th local time.

Type 1b is a new variant of the M.Fox virus with a high fatality rate and high transmission speed, which has spread rapidly in Africa this year.

The variant M-Fox has also been identified in the UK.

Reuters reported that the UK Health and Safety Agency confirmed the first case of type 1b infection in the M.Fox sub-system on the 30th.

The patient recently showed flu-like symptoms shortly after returning to the UK on the 21st after visiting countries with African outbreaks and was examined in the emergency room, and is being taken to a severe infection ward at a London hospital for treatment.

The UK Health Security Agency said it was conducting an epidemiological investigation of people who had come into contact with patients and would be vaccinated with tests as needed.

Type 1b of M.Fox is a new variant of the M.Fox virus with a high fatality rate and fast transmission, and the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has reported 1,100 deaths from M.Fox this year.

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared an international public health emergency, the highest level of health alert, in August, following the epidemic of the variant Empox around Africa.
