Controversy over the privacy of chefs from the entertainment show "Black and White Chef" broke out one after another.

The people produced by the global popular "black and white chef" are called "star chefs." The restaurant they run is crowded with visitors. Chefs have become celebrities who have dominated the broadcasting industry.

But did fame become a poison? Triple star Kang Seung-won and Korean University chef Lee Young-sook were separated from other performers due to their personal lives and debt-fighting controversies, respectively. In addition, Bibim the Great Ubibim confessed to the expedient operation of the restaurant himself.

First, Kang Seung-won, who won the top three, was very popular with his sophisticated appearance and delicate cooking skills. However, on the 30th of last month, a media outlet reported that he was lobbied for a job through his ex-wife and had a complicated personal life, such as dating another woman while in common-law marriage.

Since then, it has become unclear whether he will attend an event hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, where he was scheduled to appear.

On the 28th of last month, two days before the controversy over Kang Seung-won broke out, Chef Lee Young-sook's "Debt Too" report came out.

Lee Young-sook wrote an IOU to borrow 100 million won from A in 2010. Lee Young-sook did not pay back the money until the expiration date of the loan certificate, and A died three months after the expiration date.

The bereaved family appealed that Lee Young-sook did not repay her debt despite receiving 100 million won in prize money from the 2014 cooking competition entertainment show "Korean Food Battle 2." In response, Lee Young-sook said, "I understand that it has been partially paid off, and I will reimburse it if there is any remaining debt after reviewing it with a lawyer."

Ubibim is a case of confessing to wrongdoing. In the broadcast, he drew attention for making bibimbap passionately by ordering Jongwon Baek to make 'Bibimbap Song'. Since then, the bibimbap restaurant he runs in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, has become a popular attraction.

However, he posted a lengthy post on social media today (1st), confessing to the restaurant's expedient operation and suddenly saying that he would suspend the operation. Currently, complaints have continued that there are illegal and expedient possibilities in branches, and there are warnings from administrative agencies, so it is interpreted that he eventually confessed his conscience.

The filming of tvN's "Uquiz on the Block," where he is scheduled to appear, was found to be in the process of scrapping it.

On the other hand, it is Chef Edward Lee who won the runner-up prize but is as popular as the first place.

He will appear in the new season of JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator', a popular entertainment show in the past. Edward Lee is a White House state dinner chef who won the 2010 Iron Chef America and currently runs a restaurant in the United States.

"Please Take Care of My Refrigerator," which is set to premiere in December, is an entertainment show that started broadcasting in 2014 and brought "Cooking Room Syndrome." "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator," which marks the 10th anniversary of this year's broadcast, is expected to be joined by the original production team, including PD Lee Chang-woo and writer Kang Yoon-jung.

In addition, cooking idol Yoon Nam-no, iron bag chef Lim Tae-hoon, and meat gang chef David Lee will join the new ENA entertainment show "Jongwon Baek's Les Misérables" and meet with Jongwon Baek again.

The "Black and White Chef," which featured 100 non-celebrities, also failed to avoid controversy over privacy. Attention is drawn to the sharply divided survival crossroads of chefs.
