Senior citizens of the People's Power urged President Yoon Suk Yeol to return to his initial intention when he took office and listen to and judge the voices of the people.
Former National Assembly Speaker Chung Eui-hwa, chairman of the ruling party's standing advisory group, told reporters after a private meeting at the headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, that everyone should pay attention to the unity of the party and the president and the party should join forces to make efforts to save the country.
Representative Han Dong-hoon then said that there were many voices calling for more active harmony within the party and the fight against the basin.
When asked if there was any mention of personnel reform or the need for a special inspector in the presidential office, he said he did not specifically say that.
The meeting of the standing advisors was attended by nine members, including former chairman Chung, Choi Byung-guk, Lee Sang-bae, Kwon Hae-ok, Yoo Seong-soo, and Moon Hee.
