In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea welcomed the allegation of "Sungnam FC Donation" when the court decided that it was illegal for a prosecutor who was not a member of the competent prosecutor's office to perform the trial as a job agent.

The party's Prosecution Dictatorship Committee said at a press conference at the National Assembly that the court's order to "retreat the court" was a withdrawal from the illegal practices of political prosecutors.

He then stressed that the prosecution will file a complaint against prosecutor A and others who decided that the court was illegal, saying, "Is the prosecution qualified to speak of the law and principles?"

Earlier, the court pointed out that prosecutor A, a member of the Busan District Prosecutor's Office, has been participating in the Suwon District Court's Seongnam Branch trial since September last year after receiving a monthly "one-day job representation" in the name of the prosecutor general.
