Mr. A killed a man in his 30s by wielding a weapon at an officetel in Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do on the 12th of last month, paid millions of won with the victim's ID and card, and used his body fingerprint to borrow 60 million won on his mobile phone when the card balance ran out.
It is known that A sent a false text message saying "There is no there" on B's mobile phone when his parents, who could not contact B, reported it and the police were dispatched.
