Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba said he will comprehensively further develop Korea-Japan relations in a wide range of fields.

Prime Minister Ishiba made the remarks during a question on the representatives of each party in the House of Representatives today.

Prime Minister Ishiba introduced that he and President Yoon Suk Yeol have decided to further develop bilateral relations toward the future as they mark the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan next year.

Prime Minister Ishiba held his second summit with President Yoon in Lima, Peru, where the APEC summit was held on the 16th of last month local time.
