After Yoon Suk Yeol's announcement of the public statement, progressives protesting were stopped by police while trying to move in the direction of their official residence.
The Progressive Party held an emergency party speech near the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, at around 11 a.m. today (12th), and raised its voice to arrest and investigate President Yoon Suk Yeol, a "insurrection mob," and to dissolve the power of the people, who are accomplices.
They criticized President Yoon's statement that he declared martial law to protect the people and urged him to step down.
They were blocked by police while trying to march in the direction of their official residence, but they were not taken away when they dispersed in about 30 minutes.
