[Incheon] "Gachon Hyo Haeng Awards" award ceremony for 17 people...for male and female high school students, etc.

The Gachon Cultural Foundation held the 26th Gachon filial piety award ceremony and presented a total of 100 million won in prize money and plaques to 17 people in four categories who practiced true filial piety.

The male and female student categories were awarded to Jang Hee-soo, a third-year student at Busan Electronics High School who decided to donate for his father, who was on the verge of life and death due to liver cancer, and Choi Song-hee, a first-year student at Shinmyung Girls' High School in Incheon, who played the role of taking care of his grandmother and three younger siblings.

Kim Min-seo, a 45-year-old from Vietnam, who has been caring for her daughter with intellectual disabilities for 14 years, has been selected as the grand prize for multicultural filial piety.

At the awards ceremony, Lee Gil-yeo, president of Gachon University, Chung Hae-kwon, chairman of the Incheon City Council, Yoon Seong-tae, chairman of the Gachon Cultural Foundation, and Taehoon Lee Gachon University Gil Hospital Medical Center. Kim Woo-kyung, head of Gil Hospital, and others attended and encouraged the winners.
