Since President Yoon Suk Yeol declared an emergency decree, large-scale rallies have been held every day on Capitol Boulevard in front of the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul.

The "Emergency Action for Social Reform," which includes the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and civic groups, reported to the police that it will hold a 200,000-member "Pan-national Candlelight March" at 3 p.m. today (13th).

Organizers predict a larger crowd than last week, when the first impeachment vote was held.

After holding a resolution contest for President Yoon's resignation in front of the Yeouido transit center at 1 p.m., the cargo solidarity will start marching at 2 p.m. and join the Capitol Boulevard.

At 1:30 p.m., the press union will gather in front of the KBS main building to hold a resolution meeting, and the "College Student Situation Conference," which brings together university students from more than 30 countries across the country, will also hold the second situation conference.

The teenagers also decided to speak out.

More than 30 members of the government's "special youth meeting" expressed their intention to resign collectively, saying that the Yoon administration, which destroyed youth policy, trampled democracy with emergency martial law.

There will also be a counter-rally.

The "Korea's National Movement Headquarters," where conservative groups gathered, reported that it would hold a rally of 20,000 people in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun from 2 p.m.

Police said congestion is expected in various places such as Capitol Boulevard and Yeouido Park Road around the National Assembly and downtown areas such as Gwanghwamun, and that more than 180 traffic police officers will be deployed to manage them.

If possible, use public transportation such as subways, and if you are forced to use a vehicle, please check the traffic information in advance.
