Prosecutors have launched a search for Kwak Jong-geun, commander of the Army's Special Warfare Command, who is suspected of being involved in the deployment of martial law forces in the National Assembly on the day of the emergency martial law.

The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law requested an arrest warrant for Commander Kwak today (15th).Commander

Kwak was involved in the deployment of the 707 Special Task Force, also known as the 'decapitation unit', to the National Assembly at the time of the declaration of the emergency martial law.Commander

Kwak was investigated by the special prosecution on the 9th and 13th.

On the 6th, the Ministry of National Defense suspended Kwak, Yeo In-hyeong, and Lee Jin-woo, commander of the Capital Defense Command.
