It has been confirmed that the notebook of former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won, who is suspected of plotting emergency martial law, contains the purpose of inducing North Korea's attack.

The National Police Agency's special investigation team explained at a press briefing today (23rd) that former commander Roh's notebook had the phrase "Induce North Korea's attacks on the Northern Limit Line, NLL."

Police said, however, that it has not been confirmed whether there has been any real action in the NLL to induce North Korea's attacks.

Police also said the expression "parliamentary blockade" was written in the notebook, and politicians, journalists, religious people, unions and judges were described as "collection targets."

At the same time, he said that "collection" is interpreted as "arrest" and that some of them had real names written along with comments on how to accept and deal with the subjects.

Police said they secured the notebook at a fortune teller's shop in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, where former commander Roh lived, and that the palm-sized, 60-page notebook contained many martial law-related contents, including words.
