Jeong is accused of sexually assaulting two foreign goddesses 23 times and molesting a Korean goddess at the JMS Training Center in Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do for about three years from 2018.

Earlier, the first trial court sentenced Jeong to 23 years in prison for committing the crime based on absolute power, but the appeals court sentenced him to 17 years in prison, six years less, citing his ability to testify.

In a final trial, the military prosecution asked Park, the former head of the investigation, to serve three years in prison, the maximum legal sentence for the crime of mutiny under the military criminal law.

The first trial of Park Dae-sung, who killed a teenage girl with a weapon while walking on the street in downtown Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, will be held at Suncheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court this morning (9th).

Park was caught by the police in 2 hours and 20 minutes after chasing a teenage girl 800m on the street in Suncheon city early on September 26 last year, stabbing her with a weapon, and running away.

The prosecution asked the court to sentence Park to the death penalty, saying he needs to be permanently isolated from society due to the high risk of recidivism without reflecting on himself.
