Zelensky "present 'war plan' at the German international conference on the 12th"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he would announce his "war plan" at a meeting in Germany on the 12th, attended by the leaders of more than 50 countries.

President Zelensky explained that he would present clear and concrete measures to end the war with Russia justly.

The meeting, which will bring together countries from the "Ukraine Defense Liaison Group," a consultative body for cooperation in supporting Ukraine, will be presided over by U.S. President Joe Biden.

Earlier on the 26th of last month, President Zelensky met with President Biden in the U.S. to present a plan to win the war and appeal for support, but it has reportedly not achieved much.

Citing unnamed U.S. officials, the Wall Street Journal reported that the victory plan only repackaged calls for additional weapons aid and the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range missiles, but lacked a comprehensive strategy.
